Born in the South of France, left to 18 years; he fights for almost 15 years in Indonesia. He tries to protect islands of forest there, while saving animals, victims of the poachers and the deforestation.
In a world of legends, animistic faiths, he tells his adventures. The set :: the jungle and the villages along the rivers of Borneo.
He describes incredible scenes : the rape of an orangutan, deafening of violence; moving, failed or successful rescues; the intimacy and the comic of a circumcision, inescapable to become Indonesian... In front of a villager who hated him, or a small anorexic chap, he understands that his fight does not stop in animals.
When his fate places him on the road of a child slave, with the mutilated face, he doesn't ignore it. It cannot be a coincidence; the signs are there.
